Welcome to Zethacraft.com. By making a purchase on our online store, you accept the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before finalizing your order.

1. Purchase Process

By completing your order on Zethacraft.com, you are agreeing to purchase a customized product, designed according to your specifications. We accept changes and design adjustments only within the first 12 hours after order creation. After this period, we may evaluate the possibility of making changes, but this will depend on whether the product has already entered production. If the product is already in production, it will not be possible to make changes to the design or request a product change. Returns are only accepted in case of errors attributable to us.

2. Shipping and Deliveries

Domestic Shipping (Colombia and Mexico): The price you see in your purchase includes shipping to your doorstep, with no additional shipping costs, unless your location is in a "remote area" (see point 3).

International Shipping: The cost of your order includes international shipping to your doorstep, with the exception of Venezuela, where the order will arrive at a WedEnvíos branch in the customer's city. It does not include customs taxes, if required by the local authority. Normally it is not necessary to pay customs taxes, but if this situation should arise, the customer must assume this cost (1 out of every 20 international orders has had to pay customs tax, this value has ranged from $5 USD to $30 USD so far).

3. Remote Areas and Shipping Surcharges

In rare cases, some cities or towns are classified by shipping companies as "remote areas". If your delivery address is in one of these areas, a surcharge may apply to the shipping cost or we may offer you the option of shipping to a nearby city that does not have this classification. Approximate surcharges may be:

  • Colombia: Up to 20,000 COP extra
  • Mexico: Up to 200 MXN extra
  • Rest of the world: Up to $20 USD extra

These situations are exceptional and are reported to the customer before shipping.

4. Packaging and Transit Damage

All our products are packaged with adequate protection to minimize damage during transport. However, in isolated cases, handling by delivery personnel may cause damage to the outer box.

If you receive a package with visibly damaged packaging, it is essential that you take photographs and videos of the condition of the package from the moment of delivery. Although it is not possible to change or return the product, you may be eligible for a discount on your next purchase as compensation for the condition of the packaging.

5. Delivery Estimate

The delivery date provided is an estimate based on the usual times of the carriers. In 99% of cases, orders arrive on the indicated date or with a margin of error of one day. External factors such as weather or local logistics can occasionally alter this date.

6. Electronic Products (Lightbox)

Each lightbox is tested before shipping, both with batteries and cable, and its operation is recorded on video. For shipments outside Colombia and Mexico, due to the high logistical cost, we cannot offer a replacement guarantee in case of failures after delivery. In very rare situations (which have never occurred to date), if a failure occurs, we can offer you a significant discount on a future purchase.
