1. Eligibility

The lottery is open to all persons of legal age according to the legislation of their country of residence. Zethacraft employees, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in organizing the lottery may not participate. It is necessary to correctly complete all participation steps to be considered eligible.

2. Lottery Period

The lottery will begin and end on the dates specified in the promotion. We reserve the right to modify or extend the duration of the lottery if we deem it necessary, duly notifying participants through our official channels. The extension of the period may occur to ensure adequate participation or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Minimum Participation Requirements

To ensure the legitimacy and competitiveness of the lottery, we have established minimum participation requirements in each category:

• General Lottery: A minimum of 100 participants is required for the lottery to take place. If this number is not reached, Zethacraft reserves the right to postpone the lottery until the minimum number is reached, duly notifying participants.
• "Most Likes" Category: This category will only be valid if at least 100 designed artworks are submitted in total. The prize will be awarded to the design that accumulates the highest number of valid likes.
• Lottery among Top 20 Artworks: For this lottery to take place, at least 10 artworks must have received more than 10 votes each. If this requirement is not met, this category could be declared void.
• The Comments Artwork: A minimum of 50 participating comments is required for this category to be valid. Comments must comply with all established rules to be considered valid.

If the minimum requirements are not met in a specific category, only that category will be canceled, while the others that meet their respective requirements will remain valid.

4. Participation Mechanics

Participants must follow all the steps indicated in the official lottery publication, including following us on Instagram and making the tag valid. If the tag is not valid, that is, Zethacraft cannot share your story, the participation will not be valid.

All participation must be from authentic personal accounts. The use of fake accounts, bots, or any automated method is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected according to the specific rules of each category. For random draws, we will use a verifiable random selection tool. For categories based on likes or votes, only valid interactions registered up to the closing date and time will be counted. We reserve the right to request identity verification from winners before delivering any prize.

6. Disqualification and Prohibitions

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify any participant who displays suspicious behavior or who we believe is cheating. This includes, but is not limited to: use of multiple accounts, purchase of likes, use of bots, identity impersonation, unsportsmanlike behavior towards other participants, or any other action that compromises the integrity of the lottery. Zethacraft's decision on any aspect of the lottery is final and no correspondence will be maintained in this regard.

7. Prizes and Delivery

The lottery prizes are those specified in the official publication and are not transferable or exchangeable for money. Winners will be contacted through the means provided during their participation within 7 business days after the lottery ends. Products will only be shipped to the participant's original country, except if the change is to ship to Colombia or Mexico, in which case it will be possible to make the shipping change.

If any winner does not respond within 72 hours after being contacted, or does not provide the necessary information for prize delivery, they will lose their right to the prize and an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Publicity and Image Rights

By participating in the lottery, participants agree that their name, image, and submitted designs may be used for promotional purposes in any medium by Zethacraft without compensation. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the lottery.

9. Responsibility and Limitations

Zethacraft is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries due to technical failures or any other reason beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the lottery in the event of unforeseen circumstances that make its continuation impractical, without obligation to participants.
