✈️ How does the shipping process work?
At Zethacraft, we use trusted shipping companies to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely:

Once your order is ready, packed, and the courier picks it up, you'll receive a tracking number. The estimated delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 business days, and you can see an approximate delivery date directly in your order.
📌Check your tracking (but don’t obsess)
We get it—you might want to refresh the page every 10 minutes. But don’t worry: tracking sometimes doesn’t update right away. If there’s no movement in the first 24–48 hours, it’s normal. Give it a little time, and if you have questions, feel free to contact our support team.
📦 This is how we pack your frame
We want your order to arrive just how you imagined it, so we wrap it in bubble wrap, reinforce the inside of the box, and make sure your frame is fully protected. The box also comes with a special design (a little gift), but the most important thing is the frame, and that one’s fully shielded!
🛩️ International orders: check your email (and your SPAM folder)
If your order is being shipped outside Colombia or Mexico, it's usually handled by DHL or FedEx. In rare cases, your country’s customs may require an additional fee to release the package. This is not up to us and is charged directly to the recipient.
The good news? We declare a low value ($10–20 USD) and mark the package as a "GIFT" to minimize any extra charges.

✉️ Changes and cancellations: only within the first 12 hours
We know—sometimes you forget a detail or change your mind. You can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours after placing it.
