Let us explain why this happens, how to fix it, and what to do if your country doesn’t appear in our shipping form automatically.
🌍Why isn’t my country in the list?
At Zethacraft, we ship to almost every corner of the world, but some countries don’t appear for a very simple reason:
We don’t yet have the full info to automatically calculate shipping.
- That doesn’t mean we can’t ship to you. It just means we need a few extra details to enable your country on our website. It’s more common than you think — especially in places where no one has ordered yet.
📩 How do I fix it?
Easy: just send us the missing info.
Whether it’s via Instagram, email, or the chat on our website, just tell us where you want to order from, and we’ll reply personally. In most cases, we can ship with no issues.
To add your country, we need this info:
- Country
- City
- Full address
- Postal code
Once we have that, in 24 to 48 hours your country will be added to the system and ready for you to place your order.

We use trusted couriers like DHL and FedEx, with tracking numbers and full support at every step.
